What would I be doing?
Ultimately, we’re looking for a multi-skilled labourer to assist our engineering team with the installation of on-site projects. You will be able to take on a variety of different practices onsite – with experience of general site labouring through to fault finding on electrical installations. This opportunity is ideal if you are looking to develop yourself as a more rounded multi-trade.
And what would I need?
- Experience / knowledge basic electrical and mechanical circuits and systems
- Able to follow processes
- Fault finding experience of electrical and mechanical
- Good attention to detail
- Experience using power tools
- Adaptable – willing to learn new skills
- IPAF & CSCS desirable, but training given to the right candidate
- Computer literate with a good level of written and communication skills
- Good communication / people skills
- Have a full driving license
SMARTech energy are based in Corsham, Wiltshire. Approximately four miles from Chippenham and 20 minutes from the M4, Junction 17.
